The source of this legend is a Pinot Noir 2008 aged in oak barrels with no other intervention than the passage of time.
The non-filtered, sulphite-free Pinot Noir was then distilled in 2010 by Arthur Naegele, our “Master of Spirits”. Returned to our cellars, the Conyagi was aged for three more years in small oak barrels used previously for our wines.
The Conyagi is of delicate tenderness with a taste of spring flowers mixed with lively grape and pomegranate aromas.
